AccuLook Home Inspections provides thorough home inspections for home buyers who want to be informed about the condition of their home purchase, home sellers who want to become aware of any issues that need to be corrected prior to listing, home owners who are concerned about the safety of their home, new construction inspections, pre-settlement walk throughs prior to settlement and one year warranty inspections before the builder's warranty expires.

We also provide radon testing and radon mitigation in homes.  If radon levels are found to be above 4 pCi/L, we can lower the radon to safer levels set fourth by the EPA by installing a radon mitigation system.  In addition, we provide non-viable indoor air quality sampling for mold and allergens, and viable mold sampling if the physical presense of mold is found during an inspection.

  • Radon testing and radon mitigation to help protect you and your loved ones from radon gas.

     AccuLook Home Inspections offers radon testing using highly accurate E-perm system for short or long term periods.  Usually a short term test from two to three days is recommended and results are obtained the same day the testing stops.  If you prefer, we also use canisters for the radon testing, they will be sent to an independant lab for results.  Upon reviewing the results of the test, if the level of radon is 4 pCi/L or higher you will be advised of a mitigation system to correct the radon level to safe levels below 4 pCi/L set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
